ReSound hearing aids
ReSound's newest platform is Sensia, announced on 10 August 2026 and available in the US from 20 August 2026. It sits above Vivia, which launched in February 2025 and introduced ReSound's dedicated deep-neural-network AI chip. Nexia, from September 2023, was the first ReSound platform with Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast and remains a current premium-to-mid family. Savi is the essentials range, Enzo IA the super-power family, and Key the entry range.
Two things worth knowing if you are comparing brands. ReSound's platform progression runs LiNX Quattro, ONE, OMNIA, Nexia, Vivia, Sensia, and OMNIA does not appear in ReSound's materials as an LE Audio or Auracast product — so if Auracast matters to you, that rules out the OMNIA-based custom range. And M&RIE is ReSound's own idea: a third microphone inside the ear canal alongside the receiver, introduced with ReSound ONE in 2020 and continued as the microRIE styles.
ReSound technology levels
ReSound numbers its levels 9 down to 2, but each family is sold in only part of that range, so the table below is the full scale and each model page marks which levels it comes in. The level sets how much the hearing aid does for you automatically in difficult listening, and it moves the price far more than the physical style does.

ReSound CROS options for single-sided hearing loss
For an ear whose hearing cannot be aided, a CROS device worn on that side sends sound across to a hearing aid on the better ear.
- CROS models are offered on Sensia, Vivia and Nexia for single-sided hearing loss.
- Sensia and Nexia additionally offer bimodal options for use alongside a Cochlear Nucleus sound processor.
